My holistic therapy sessions integrate various techniques such as massage therapy, Chinese medicine, kinesiology, geobiology, Ayurvedic medicine… as well as other natural approaches to restore balance and promote overall well-being.

I propose to walk together through the different cycles of life by offering tailor-made support.

Much more than traditional support during pregnancy, my role as a Doula extends to all the key moments of your life. Whether it is a transition to parenthood, professional/private changes, or any other period of transformation, celebration, mourning,... I am here to offer you unconditional and warm support.
